Leading Mollywood star Kaya Madhavan and Nishal Chandra have finally agreed to sign for a divorce petition on grounds of mutual consent. The advocate of Nishal has informed the court that his client is ready to sign in the divorce petition forwarded by Kavya Madhavan. The out of the court deal is also about withdrawing the dowry case filed against Nishal settled at Gulf , which will be withdrawn as soon as Nishal signs on the deed.

Meanwhile, Kavya will be in gulf countries in the next months shooting for her new movie ‘Gaddama’ directed by Kamal. The movie will have her as a domestic servant in an Arab household, struggling hard to live up to her employee's demands and to earn something big to sent to his ailing home and relatives in Kerala.
