Those who have been closely watching the growth of Prithviraj as a superstar could see him carefully following the likes of megastar Mammootty, in his steps to stardom.

And now following the senior star in endorsing public service campaigns, Prithvi has agreed to become the brand ambassador of the National Rural Health Mission's newly launched hi-tech ambulance services. This is perhaps, the first time, an ambulance service is having a brand ambassador.

A pilot project under the Kerala Emergency Medical Services Project, this '108 Ambulance service' is planning a massive and intense campaign with the star in the centre.
