‘Rathinirvedam’ to start

In the season of remakes, T K Rajeev Kumar will start shooting for his retake on the controversial hit ‘Rathinirvedam’ by this September. The director will start calling the shots for repeating that Bharathan-Padmarajan magic at Nilambur, from the third of this September.

Produced by Sureshkumar in the banner of Revathy Kalamandhir, the movie will feature a bunch of fresh names and a new heroine in the lead roles.

Revathy Kalamandhir's last movie was the remake of ‘Neelathamara’ which managed to make profit for the banner. While T K Rajeev Kumar's last was the Mohanlal starrer ‘Oru Naal Varum’ which even after big expectations failed to make any appeal among the viewers.
