After writing the dialogues for Raavanan, Suhasini Mani Ratnam will be back on screen as an actress. Her latest film ‘Ullamellam Thalladuthey’ is ready for release and her fans will be able to see their favourite artiste in form.

Of late Suhasini’s focus on acting was set on Kannada and Telugu films more than Tamil. Her recent Kannada film ‘Eradane Maduve’ is a box office topper. ‘Ullamellam Thalladuthey’ is the partially dubbed version of Telugu film ‘Tanu’ directed by Nagendra Kumar. Many scenes were reshot in Tamil to suit the Tamil audiences. The film is about a mother-daughter relationship where everything is demarcated including love and affection. It has its unique twists and turns,

Suhasini is the mother in the film which is the central character of the film. 'Vegam’ fame Archana plays the daughter and Sivaji Raja her lover.
