Director Bala who is known for his realistic movies and making the best out of available resources has changed his habits for the film 'Avan Ivan' produced by Kalpathi Aghoram.

The film starring Vishal and Arya is going to be a different kind of Bala film with mass heroes. For the film Bala has called for five opulent sets to be erected. Bala is not known for artificial sets.

But the producers of the film the Aghorams are the ones who will do anything for the quality of the film and so Bala is sure to have his way. With each set estimated to cost 80 lakhs this is almost the entire budget of a small film.

Kalpathi Aghorams have proved their class in art direction with films like ‘Irumbu Kottai Murattu Singam’ and ‘Madrasapattinam’. So we can hope the Bala expenditure is significant to the film story.
