The legendary icon Amitabh Bachchan has always been looked up for his unique personality and style. And director Milan Luthria has taken just a page from the actors career graph.
The filmmaker said to be inspired with Bachchans Deewar and he has brought it out through his forthcoming thriller Once Upon A Time In Mumbai, starring Ajay Devgn and Emraan Hashmi. Luthria designed Ajay Devgns looks based on Amitjis angry young man image.
Sources say that the director in fact had rejected almost 37 costumes and looks before he finalised the Deewaar look for Ajay. Initially Luthria had planned to design Ajay in Big Bs Trishul style, but later he had a change of mind. I happened to see Deewaar again, I loved Amitjis all-white look when he goes for his fathers funeral in the film. I realised that the look would work for Ajay as he looks good in white. Ajay wears white throughout the film. It gives him a different identity, explained the director.
Lets wait to see Ajay doing a la Big B
