The hero of ‘Gaja’, the super hit film of challenging star Darshan adopted a baby ‘Gaja’ (Elephant) in Mysore Jayachamarajendra Zoo recently by depositing Rs.35000 towards the food expenses of the baby elephant for one year. He went with his wife Vijayalakshmi and young baby boy Vinith to the Mysore Zoo and completed the formalities.

Darshan’s craze for animals is from the childhood. He has variety of dogs and other animals, birds in his farm house in Mysore.
