Prithvi in Sukumaran role

After the successful remake of ‘Neelathamara’ by Lal Jose, more and more youngsters are preparing to remake some golden hits of the eighties. The latest to join the idea wagon is Prithviraj who is planning to remake ‘Vilkkanundu Swapnangal’, one of the best films of his father, the late actor Sukumaran. This big hit of the early eighties had Sudheer, Jalaja and Sree Vidya catapulted Sukumaran to the big league in the eighties.

Prithvi is to hold talks with M T Vasudevan Nair to rework the script of the movie directed by Azad, to suit the taste of the present generation. Prithvi has earlier pointed in many interviews that this was his favourite movie of his father.
