Very few of the current generation will remember the name of Vipindas. A cinematographer of excellence, this veteran had been behind a hundred good works that came out in the eighties. But even amidst his busy celebrity life, Vipindas decided to take a break and turned into the life of a Sanyasi.

Anyhow the veteran is back behind the camera this week. He is wielding the camera for the new movie by Sunil titled ‘Thathwamsy’. Vineeth, Jagathy, Saju Kodiyan, Swetha Menon, Praveena and master Dhananjay are in the cast of ‘Thathwamasy’, which is scripted by Madambu Kunjikuttan. The shoot for the movie which was started at Vithura will be completed after the schedules at Thiruvananthapuram and Pamba.

Interestingly, the director of the movie Sunil had been a hit maker who specialized in creating hits with his low cost attempts featuring lesser artists. After the hits like Bharana Koodam, Manathe Kottaram, Chantha and Aalancheri Thamprakkal, Sunil also embraced spirituality and turned a Sanyasi. He has rechristened himself as Sunil Vishwa Chaitanya which will also be the name in the director credits of ‘Thathwamasy’.
