In an interesting conflict at the Box Office, Suraj Venjaramoodu's first movie as the hero, ‘Duplicate’ is emerging as the winner of the charts. The movie which was completed in 1.7 crores had to compete with films like ‘Loudspeaker’ and ‘Vairam’. But after two weeks, ‘Duplicate’ seems to have emerged the winner with houseful collections allover. Though the other two movies had better reviews, most of the crowd opted for this mass masala entertainer. The movie directed by debutante Shibu Prabhakar, has a lot of young and fresh faces in the crew, including the producer Sajay Sebastian.

Suraj who is trilled with the big success of ‘Duplicate’, is now surrounded with a number of fresh offers as the hero. But the actor is very cautious about his next move and is denying every offer as hero, that is coming his way. He sites that there is not much time even to complete the plenty of movies that he had already committed as a supporting actor. More over he feels that it is safe to survive this way, than to bring in tensions around his hero roles.
