Director Raja recently zeroed in on a catchy title for this film starring his younger brother ‘Jayam’ Ravi. Like we all know, it is the remake of ‘Kick’ which is a blockbuster in Telugu. The film is rightly titled ‘Thillalangadi’ and its crew including director Raja, Jayam Ravi, manager Senthil, cameraman and art director have settled in Malaysia as of now. Seeing that the film’s shoot will be carried out extensively in Singapore, Malaysia and Bangkok, the team is busy hunting locations.

Here is a heartbreaking tittle-tattle for all Ileana fans now. The slim beauty was approached by ‘Thillalangadi’ team for the lead role, but her father appears to refuse the offer. And the rebuttal for this rejection was so simple! It was Ileana who sizzled in the original version of the movie and girl’s father does not want her to act in the same story again. Nevertheless, our snow white beauty Tamannah is paired opposite ‘Jayam’ Ravi this time. On the other hand we have Shaam to play the bad boy and now we have another handsome villain in the industry.

Following ‘Thillalangadi’ Jayam Ravi will be growing a beard for Ameer’s ‘Kannabiraan’. Just imagine our poster boy in this shaggy make-over. This is really something to look out for in the future.
