Do you remember the young director Sunil, who created hits like ‘Maanathe Kottaram’, ‘Bharanakoodam’ and ‘Alancherry Thambrakkal’ in the late nineties? The director who was once busy with many projects, later switched his area of operation, as one day he decided to turn a sanyasin. Akin a film story, he restrained himself from popular activities, took a different name and started meditation and preaching for a time. But the latest news is that Sunil is coming back to film business with the movie ‘Katha Parayum Theruvoram’.

Aimed to project a message against the begging mafia that has gripped the state, the movie will feature Kalabahavan Mani, Padmapriya and around 300 children in prime roles.

The movie will tell the story of four children who escapes from the clutches of mafia and struggles to survive on their own. Famous writer Punathil Kunjabdulla will also feature himself in this movie which is scripted by Sarjulan. Produced under the banner of Sree Guruvayoorappan films, ‘Kathaparayum Theruvorum’ will kick off its shot in a couple of months.
