A couple of months ago ,every critic and common man alike were discussing about the sad fate of Dileep, whose films were not doing any good business for at least the last two years.

Moreover his big flops like ‘Calcutta News' and 'Mulla' has even created doubts about the crowd pulling capacity of the star. He was also facing the big headache of being the producer of AMMA's 'Twenty; 20’ which was lagging like any thing for more than a year.

But suddenly the tide seems to have changed in the actor's favor with 'Twenty: 20’ emerging as the biggest hit of the year with magnificent collections.

The movie which is entering its third month has indeed downed, even the films released for Christmas and made Dileep richer many times. And here too, the only film that managed to keep afloat during the Christmas season seems to be Dileep's 'Crazy Gopalan' directed by debutante Deepu Karunakaran.

This fast paced comedy entertainer, in which Dileep again plays a hi-tech thief, has emerged the winner from the day one with children and family flocking around the theatres to laugh aloud .

The other release of the Christmas season 'Lollipop'' couldn't rise up to the expectations from its cast and crew and the recent release 'Chembada' which made to few centers is also opined as a no-starter.

Dileep is all set to continue with his lucky ride with films like 'Body Guard' with ace director Siddhique getting ready in the pipeline. The movie will bring back Nayantara as the heroine, after a long time in Mollywood. The other new film from Dileep will be ‘Colours’ directed by Raj Babu, which is also a colorful love story.
