Suresh Gopi will have one of his releases for this weekend. His new flick 'Aayudham' with the director M A Nishad, which was earlier planned for August 8 will finally grace the theaters for this 15.

The movie had been with the censors last week and was awarded a clean certificate. 'Aayudham' will be distributed by Time Ads, who had distributed Kamal Hassan's magnum opus 'Dasavatharam'.

'Aayudham' will feature a lot of stars including Karthika, Madhu, Murali, Jagathy, Rajan P Dev, Bala, Aadhitya, Keerikkadan Jose, Baburaj, Sidheesh, Biju Pappan, Seema, Suvarna, Urmila Unni and Shivaji Guruvayoor.

Bharathi will be heroine of the movie while veteran actor Thilakan will also appear in an important role.

After the big debacle of Suresh Gopi's last 'Laptop' which was an offbeat venture, the good box office run of ‘Aayudham' is important in the box office status of the star.
