Mohanlal will have a Deepavali release this year. His 'Rock N Roll' with director Renjith will clash with Dileep's 'Kolkata News' for this Deepavali, as both the films are planning to get into theatres by 8 November.

Mohanlal is back after his 40 days US stage program to join the shoot, which is going on in full swing. In this low budget film Mohanlal is altogether in a different getup, as drummer Chandramauli.

Lakshmi Rai is debuting as a female lead in Malayalam with 'Rock N Roll'.

'Rock N Roll' is ready to rock the floor with the music scored by Vidyasagar.
