From the next month, Mammootty has scheduled to have a release of his movies, every month till January. The immediate release of the star will be Nasraani, the big Ramzan movie planned to be on theatres on October 12.And after forty two days, he will have the other release Raudram which is presently on the floors. The film by Renji Panikkar is all set to release by November 29.

And for this Christmas, Mammootty will be the important attraction of Katha Parayumbol which has Sreenivasan and Mukesh in the lead. The star plays Ashok Raj, - a filmi superstar in the film directed by debitante Mohan. And then by the 26th of January, Mammooty's first outing with director M Padmakumar, titled Rikshakkaran is destined to be on theatres.

After these films there are a number of important projects lined up for the next year. The first is Anwar Rasheed's film which has the star in a double role.

After completing the magnum opus Pazhassi Raaja, Mammootty will also appear in films directed by Kamal, Shafi, K K Rajeev, Pramod Pappan, Thomas Sebastian and the film for AMMA directed by Joshy, which are the important projects of the star in 2008.
