Narain's new venture in Malayalam Venal will start its shooting from the twentieth of December.

The movie which has an ensemble cast comprising of Thilakan, Vijayaraghavan, Jagathy Sreekumar, Anoop Menon, Biju Kuttan, Shammy Thilakan, Kochu Preman and Jagannathaa Varma, will have two heroines-Sneha and Lakshana.

Venal which is scripted and directed by debutante Ebbey Abraham, will also present a new banner to Malayalam, signature films. The banner is set up by Joshi Jayadevan, a MBA graduate who returned from U K to float a production company in Malayalam. ]

Joshy is also planning to produce a number of films in a regular basis, in future.

The music department of Venal will be handled by Alphonse and Vayalar Sharath. P Sukumar will wield the camera for this film.

Meanwhile Narain's latest release in Tamil Pallikoodam which also has Sneha as the heroine is running to sure success. The film has raised rave reviews from the masses and the critics.
