The latest buzz is that Jayaram's long - pending movie Seethakalyanam directed by T K Rajeev Kumar is finally going to hit screens before Onam.

The movie features Jyothika, Geethu Mohandas, Indrajith, Siddique, Jagadeesh and Sukumari among others in the cast.

The movie which has musical score by playback singer Srinivas has been lying in the cans for over four years.

Seethakalyanam narrates a series of happenings that take place during a traditional Brahmin marriage, which spans over a period of seven days.

Shot in Thiruvananthapuram and Bangalore, the film also has the late Oduvil Unnikrishnan in a key role. Cinematography for the film is by noted cinematographer Rajiv Ravi.

Music by singer Srinivas is one of the most outstanding in recent times.
