It was a delightful birthday for Dhanush on Saturday. He chose to spend the day with his wife Aishwarya and son Yatra at his residence in Chennai.

The young actor, who grabbed the attention of one and all, rendering back-to-back hits in Thulluvatho Illamai and Kadhal Kondein followed by excellent portrayals in films including Pudhupettai, Thiruda Thirudi, Adhu Oru Kana Kaalam, Kadhal Kondein, Thiruvilayadal Arambham, is awaiting the release of his movies Polladhavan and Yaradi Nee Mohini.

Dhanush was greeted by his fans, friends and co-stars besides his elder brother Selvaraghavan.

On his forthcoming film Polladhavan, Dhanush said, “The film was shaping up well with all necessary commercial elements”.

“Polladhavan is a story of a middle class youth who encounter and win over many challenges in life”, says he.

Success has come the hard way for Dhanush. He fought hard to establish a place for himself in the industry.

Dhanush says,” I believe in hard work. If you are sincere about your endeavors, success will be always near you”.
