The shooting of 'Shankar Dada Zindabad' directed by Prabhudeva and produced by Ravi Shankar and Gemini Kiran on the banner of Gemini Film Circuits, with Mega Star, Padma Bhushan, Dr Chiranjeevi, in the lead is progressing at a fast pace.

Shooting is in progress at aluminium factory by involving the entire unit members. However, the selection of heroine is still in limbo. It is well aware that the film is the remake of a successful Bollywood film 'Lage Raho Munnabhai'.

Srikanth is doing the role of Circuits. The film is being made with a message that everyone should shun rowdyism and instead encourage Gandhism.

Noted heroine Sada is appearing in a good role in the movie and Devisri Prasad is not only scoring music for the movie but also providing a lyric.

Paruchuri Brothers are making each and every scene in the film a good entertainer through their script. The film would also have the Telugu proverbs in English like the earlier film 'Shankar Dada MBBS' which would be delivered by Chiranjeevi.

The director and producer are confident that the film would entertain everyone.

The producers are making efforts to release the film on July 24.
