East coast Vijayan turns director

East Coast Vijayan, the noted organizer is finally turning to film direction.

The name who has been behind a number of super hit albums of Malayalam, will direct the new movie Novel in the scripts of J Pallassery.

The film will have Jayaram and Sada in the lead. Innocent and Jagathy will be the other prominent stars in the film which also will have lyrics by East coast Vijayan.

The film will have songs by three music directors—M Jayachandran, Balabhaskar and ghazal singer Umbayee.
