As no new music releases came out this week, the songs from Speed Track and Mayavi still tops the list. As both these films reign the box office, their songs are also at the top. The top five Malayalam songs are:

3. Sneham Thenalla - film: Mayavi; music: Alex Paul; lyrics: Sarath Varma; singers: M.G. Sreekumar and G. Venugopal.

The song has gradually climbed up the charts as it is there in the channels all the time.

4. Baasuri - film: Rathri Mazha ; music: Ramesh Narayanan; The song breaks the monopoly of the Alex Paul-Sarath Varma team on this list.

An award winner for the music sections this year, the song is a soothing number.

5. Kannu Chimmi Chimmi - film: Inspector Garud; music: Alex Paul; lyrics: Sarath Varma; singer: Vineeth Sreenivasan.

The singer who was in the top for the entire year end has finally taken a place below, in the fifth number.

As films like Abraham and Lincoln and November Rain are poised for release next week, their song which are already out, may get into the charts by the next week.
