After the stupendous success of Mayaavi, superstar Mammootty is back with his new film Big-B- an all out action adventure movie. The film directed by Amal Nirad tells the story of Bilal, a native of Kochi who goes to Mumbai and works as a bodyguard.

Nafisa Ali, the former Miss India, national swimming champion, model, actress and socialite will play mother to Mammootty. The shooting of the film is almost complete and is entering its post production next week.

The film was in the news last week following the miraculous escape of Mammootty from a flying object that seemed to be hit in the face following a shot of bomb blasts.

The cast also has Mamta Mohandas, Pasupathy, Manoj.K.Jayan, Bala, Innocent, Vijayaraghavan and Manasa.

Big B is scheduled to release for Vishu. The film engages a group of new technicians including the cinematographer Samir Thahir. As the expectations on the film are very high, almost all release stations of the state are eyeing to get the print in their centres for its expected fabulous opening.
