Kalabhavan Mani seems to have been through a lean phase in box office these days. None of his films released last year survived in the box-office. Moreover, around three films which were completed months before are stills waiting in the cans for distributors. Even 'Andavan' which was planned to be in theatres by November, couldn't make its way to the release centers. Films like 'Indrajith' are also facing similar threat on release.

Meanwhile Kalabhavan Mani who seems to give little importance to the releases has just completed two more films --Abraham and Lincoln and Paayum Puli. He will soon join 'Nanma' by Sharath Chandran Vayanad which will start in a few days.
