Suresh Gopi and director Vinayan has finally decided to come together. After a long time of discussions, the director known for his rebellious mood is casting Suresh Gopi in a very different character in the film titled 'Black Cat'. The film has slick action. and scripted by the director himself.

Contrary to the suggested title, Suresh Gopi is not presented as a cop or a 'Black cat` in charge of VIP security! His name in the film is Black as he wears only black sleeveless vests and shots and is like a hired goonda in the film. But he holds some mystery beneath his weird mannerisms and a confused past. Meena and karthika will appear as the heroines in the film. Vinayan is planning to make the film as a racy entertainer with all commercial ingredients. But the grape wine is that the film's story is reminiscent of another one which Vinayan has planned for Mohanlal, and as the star is still keeping him waiting, he churned out it with Suresh Gopi. Anyway, we have got an oppurtunity to see one star in other's coats.
