After a long gap, Meena returned to Malluwood with Kamal's Karutha Pakshigal. The movie also has Mammootty and Padmapriya.
Rumours had it that she has chosen to give up acting and would get married soon and that Karutha Pakshigal would be her last outing. Meena denied all the reports as mere rumors.
She said,'Shooting for Karutha Pakishigal is complete. Then I would be doing a movie for director Vinayan titled Black Cats starring Suresh Gopi'.
Meena says,'I have offers coming my way in Telugu and Malayalam. I want to do more films and try to do varied roles'.
