Sandhya played the role of a young girl with different shades like a school going girl, lover, wife and a mother in 'Premiste'. She showed a matured performance in the film in all those shades at a very tender age.

Now, she became very busy heroine in both Telugu as well as Tamil languages. She had even stopped her education in the middle and is concentrating on films and in acting. She played an excellent character in Tamil film 'Vallavan' recently.

Presently she is doing a Telugu film in a sister's role to Power Star Pawan Kalyan for 'Annavaram', directed by Bhimaneni Srinivasa Rao and produced by RB Choudary on the banner of Mega Super Good Films, which is a remake of successful Tamil film 'Tirupachi'.

In addition to it, about six Telugu producers are after Sandhya for her dates. Like this, she has become a very busy artiste in both Telugu as well as Tamil languages. Sandhya has an ambition to prove herself as a good artiste like Soundarya. She expressed confidence that she would get many more chances in Telugu after the release of 'Annavaram'.
