Bhavana is playing a bold auto driver in the next film by Anwar Rasheed's Chotta Mumbai. Bhavana who is appearing for the first time in a major role opposite Mohanlal, is considering this as a great opportunity to prove herself in a different role. Kalpana, the comic star had appeared in a similar role in the early nineties in a Jagadish film.

Bhavana who is very busy in Kollywood with a lot of offers coming her way is playing a blind character in the Naan Kadavul directed by Bala.

Chotta Mumbai which is scripted by Benny P Nayaramabalam will start its shooting from the first week of January.
