Rumors are now afloat that Mamta Mohandas, the talented actress who shot to fame with her role in Lanka has gone back to London to pursue her studies.
As she is not satisfied with the roles that are coming her way and the new image that has set in following Lanka, she is now keeping aloof from media. There are even gossips that she has got a bank job and is planning to stay back with the job. The daughter of NRI parents, she made her debut with the Hariharan film Mayookham.
Even though the film flopped her role didnÂt go unnoticed and soon roles began to come in handy. One of her films in Tamil, actually her debut in Tamil Sivappathikaram has not yet been completed and months before she was going ga ga over the film and the role she has in it.
For some strange reasons, nothing more is heard of that film now.
