Lohithadas in his 11th film, is bringing back the most popular pair of Dileep and Kavya together again. The duo who had been in the title roles opposite each other in around 15 films and had made a number of hits together, are very much looking forward for their role in this film titled Chakkarapottan. The shooting of the film is scheduled to start on the third week of this month at one of the Lohi's favorite location on the banks of Bharathapuzha.

Dileep, who had got no better roles this year, rates Lohi as the best scriptwriter who had come across his filmy life. He rates his characters as well defined and rooted in reality. Dileep is very thankful for his one time mentor to consider himself for the role, because he is very well know that, in the film he will have a knockout role which will capture the hearts of his fans.”

Lohi, on the other hand has been waiting for long to make a better comeback, following his ban in Malluwood. In the due time he tried to make it better in Tamil, but the remake of Kasthurimaan didn’t do well in Tamil.

The others in the cast include Sai Kumar, Harisri Asokan, Cochin Haneefa and Bindu Panikkar. The music department of the film is handled by Vayalar Sarath Chandra Verma and M.Jayachandran Seven Arts, once leading Producers-distributors who had made many a hit is making a comeback to Malayalam cinema after 10 years with Chakkarapottan, which they are producing and distributing as a Ramzan release.
