By 2, the most awaited movie in Kollywood for it features just two characters, is confirmed for a release this Independence Day. Newcomer Abhay is the lead man with Sunitha Verma as his love interest.

The movie is directed by Raghavan, who has directed several Kannada movies before. The movie has musical score by Vijay Anthony. Also getting released this Independence day is Sathyaraj's Gurushetram.

The movie being directed by Jayabharathy features Roja opposite Sathyaraj. Vadivelu plays an important role in the movie.

Speaking about the movie, Jayabharathy, says, 'Sathyaraj plays a caring husband who is affected by paranoia. A seasoned actor, he has done varied roles including the much revered Vedam Puthithu and Kadalora Kavithaigal. The movie is about a serious issue haunting the National security'.

So we have some interesting clash for this I-day.
