Director turned hero S.J.Suryah and Nayantra who featured in the Tamil original ‘Kalvanin Kadhali’, and directed by Tamilvannan has been dubbed into Telugu by Sunrise Movies as ‘Chilipi’. Producers of the film are Manikumar, Bhanu and Srikanth Varma.

The dubbing of the film is over and done with and the producers speaking on the occasion said, “ S.J.Suryah is playing the role of a Casanova in the film. How the heroine transforms the hero, who an image of a playboy is the bottom-line of the film and in the process of reforming the hero, the heroine ends up falling in love with him. Youth will be fascinated by the irresistibility and the craftiness of S.J.Suryah in the film. As a result, we have decided to keep the title as ‘Chilipi’. The role of Nayantra in the film is filled with performance and beauty. After, finishing the censor work, we are planning to release the film in the first week of August”.
