Jayaram is again acting in a Rajasenan film, after the recent flick 'Madhuchandralekha'. The team which is into their seventeenth film together, share a special chemistry between themselves.

In the nineties the team produced at least two hits every year and became the favorites of Malayalam families. Both the director and actor were keeping apart for sometime after this golden period of their career, which eventually brought bad times for both the celebrities. Many of their films as lead actor and director flopped in a row which forced them to work together again for a hit. This teaming up resulted in Madhuchandralekha which was a moderate hit among the masses. This also brought back the mass appeal of the team .

This time their new film is produced by M.Mani of prestigious Sunitha productions and will be distributed by Aroma movies. Biju Vattappara will pen the script for this new film from Jayaram and Rajasenan.
