Writer-director Ranjith's next venture would be a low-budget film to be produced by his own production house called Capitol Theatres.

Scripted and directed by him, it will star Mammooty along with a cast of four or five other characters. He plans to start the shoot in July or September and compete it within 15 days.

Meanwhile he has congratulatory message pouring from all quarters for his work in Prajapathi.

Says Ranjith, 'I have so far directed six films which includes Ravanaprabhu, Nandanam, Mizhi Randilum, Black, and Chandrotsavam. But working for Prajapathi has given me immense satisfaction.'

Mammooty plays Prajapathi, who dons the role of Devarmadom Narayanan. Aditi Rao, a new comer, is cast opposite Mammooty.

The movie released last week has been reportedly doping well at the box office and has garnered huge revenue.
