Jayaram needs a hit to set his career back on track in Malluwood.

With his latest Madhuchandralekha too biting the dust, the pressure is on him to come up with a hit.

Jayaram has signed a movie for director Anil, which he hopes would help him overcome the debacle.

The untitled film is an off-beat entertainer and would feature Navya Nair opposite Jayaram.

Navya Nair is meanwhile a busy actress acting in almost all south Indian languages.

Let's see whether Anil helps him to overcome the lean period now.
