Elections bring great joy and excitement. But for actors Dileep and Jayaram, it rather was a disappointment. When Kerala went to polls last week, the actors had been to the booths in their respective constituency along with their families.

Unfortunately their names went missing in the voter's list and they had to return disappointed without exercising their franchise.

It is rather interesting to note that these stars who spoke in length in their movies about elections in the past were turned away from election booths not being allowed to cast their vote.
