Jamshed alias Arya made his presence felt in Arindhum Ariyamalum and Ullam Ketkumae this year followed by a decent show in Oru Kalorien Kathai.

Arya is now awaiting the release of Kalaba Kadhalan directed by debutant Igor, which is carrying positive reviews. Besides the actor is busy acting in a Vishnuvardhan's Pattiyal.

Arya has been roped in to act in movies to be directed by the likes of Jeeva, Saran, Vasanth in the coming months.

According to Arya, 'I am happy about the new-found celebrity status. But at the same time, it has made me more cautious. I want to henceforth do only good and quality movies. Selecting good roles to keep my momentum is my target now'.
