Mahasamudram will be Mohanlal's next release after the stupendous hit Naren.

The film stars Padmapriya as his heroine. Janaardhan has directed the film.

Lal's Thanmatra will be ready before the end of this month.

He will also be starring in Major Ravi's Kargil. Noted Tamil film producer Thenappan is the producer of this movie and the shooting begins in April next year.
