Mammootty's warm bonding with actor Jagathy Sreekumar was witnessed when the actor visited Jagathy at his residence at Trivandrum. Jagathy is slowly recovering from his ailment following an accident. Recently, he had also made his first public appearance.

According to Jagathy's duaghter Mammootty and Dileep are among the few who genuinely care for him. Mammootty had recently revealed that he had a dream about sharing screen with Jagathy. Mammootty posted a selfie of him with Jagathy making his visit public. Everyone hopes for the quick recovery of Jagathy and his comeback to tinsel town.
