Nivin or Dhanush in 'Premam' Tamil remake??

There is a buzz that 'Premam' will have a Tamil remake. This is even as the original version is doing well in Tamil Nadu. One of the most loved characters in 'Premam', Malar, plays a Tamilian teacher in the movie and actress Sai Pallavi who essayed this role has been gathering fans from both Kerala and Tamil Nadu.

The producers of 'Premam' are apparently keen to have the movie made in Tamil too. Though director Alphonse Puthran is not too keen as he feels that the movie would only work here, steps are on to do a Tamil version of the movie. Interestingly, while Dhanush's name is suggested for the Tamil version, some also suggest Nivin to do it.
