Dhanush makes inroads into Tollywood

Close on the heels of the success of the Telugu version of 'Velaiyilla Pattathari' ('Raghuvaran B Tech'), Dhanush has emerged a bankable star in Tollywood box-office.

With his K V Anand directed 'Anegan' releasing in Telugu as 'Anekudu' on February 20, attempts are on to dub and release 'Mariyan' too in Tollywood.

"A R Rahman has scored music for 'Mariyan', and this is an added advantage for the Telugu version, apart from Dhanush's presence," sources say.
