When making a film with a new concept, a director should be able to narrate it cleverly without creating any confusion. He should be able to keep the audiences glued to their seats for the entire two and half hours.

Many films have failed because of the directors have failed to do it, even though the concepts are good. Now Neelakanta is coming up with the film, 'Maaya', which is based on the concept of Extrasensory perception (ESP). Though many films have come based on this concept in other languages, it is new to the Telugu audiences.

Many are in doubt, if Neelakanta can be successful in garnering good response from the audiences. But he is a director, who made a successful film like 'Show', which revolves around only two characters and the screenplay of that film is such interesting that the audiences never felt bored.

He knows how to make a movie interesting and hope he will be successful once again.
