The most talked about movie of recent times, Drishyam' celebrated its 100 days in around fifty screens in the state. The movie managed to be full shows in atleast twenty of these hundred screens, which is a record in all means.

Drsiahyam is said to have earned around 40 crores from the screens in Kerala while its international business amounted to around 4 crores which is also a record. The movie also made some undisclosed big business from remake market as it's right was sold to remake in at least five other languages. All in all, it will be a tough job to break the collection records set by Drishyam for any other new Malayalam films.

Following Drishyam is another movie 'Oru Indian Pranayakadha' released on the same day which has also managed to complete hundred in select centres. The movie by Sathyan Anthikkad is said to have made a profit of seven cores in its hundred day run.
