'Purampokku' Tales Begin

As drafted, National Award winning director SP Jananathan has taken his team to shoot in and around Himachal Pradesh. As part of the promise, the director has led the whole team to Kulu Manali now, and they are said to start the camera rolling from tomorrow. Roping in Arya for an activist and Vijay Sethupathi for a railway kalasi, 'Purampokku' also has Shaam to its star cast; Karthika plays the heroine of this film.

The film will be shot majorly in Himachal Pradesh and Rajasthan, apart from shooting in Chennai. Promotional stills of 'Purampokku' have already started creating speculation over the thought-provoking entertainer in the making, as the team has set out to go on the floors in lovely locales.
