Popular actress and pride of Kannada cinema Harshika Poonacha was unnecessarily targeted by producer of ‘Cycle’ on Monday evening at the media briefing of the film.

Producer of ‘Cycle’ Ramesh Reddy persistently told that Harshika Poonacha is not cooperating for publicity. In the last four press briefing she did not attend. For such behavior I have complained to the Film Producers Association he announced and handed over copy of the complaint letter to media persons.

I was not invited for the media briefing of ‘Cycle’ says Harshika Poonacha who attended the morning media briefing of ‘Ale’ Kannada cinema at Renukamba Digital theatre. I was not aware of the media briefing and I was not invited for ‘Cycle’ meet she stated in a conversation.

I had come to ‘Ale’ film on the same day because the producer of the film made a request with my under production Kannada film ‘Maryade’ director. So I was able to come. There was no such understanding in ‘Cycle’ team. So I rushed to shoot in the afternoon she explained.

KFPA secretary Soorappa Babu checked with Harshika Poonacha and she had clearly explained her stand. Harshika also agreed to participate in publicity of ‘Cycle’ from 28 of June.
