Ullas Creations Ba Ma Harish and Diwakar waiting for proper theatre set up for release of 'Magadi'. The same producer made 'Shishya' in the past and Deepak got a standing in the box office as it was a moderate hit.

For 'Magadi' the regional censor board viewed the film recently and passed U/A certificate for the violence part in the cinema says producer Ba. Ma.Harish.

An assistant director in the past for so many films K Suresh Gowswami is turning independent director with a mass subject. An orphan goes on the footpath has no ration card and unaccounted in the society. Such an orphan is called as 'Magadi' because he is found on the footpath of Magadi taluk. What progress 'Magadi' makes in his life and how he contributes to the society forms the contents of this film of Suresh K Goswami. He has penned the story, screenplay and dialogues. He hopes for release of the film within two weeks.

Rajesh Ramanath has scored the music and Ramesh is the cinematographer. Rakshitha is the newcomer in this film and she is teamed with Deepak as hero. Uyyale Shilpa, Ramesh Pandit, Gopi, Sureshchandra, Rangateja, Ravi, Jayasri, Mysore Mallesh, Krishna and others are in the cast.
