The 'Deadly Soma' and ‘Deadly-II’ firebrand director Ravi Srivatsa is unhappy man. The film 'Nandishwarudu' released in Telugu is his ‘Deadly Soma’ remake but due credit has not come to me is the grouse of Ravi Srivatsa.

In the days of remake films in Kannada the film made here is remake in Telugu is inspired from 'Deadly Soma'. On the one side Ravi Srivatsa is happy for remaking of his film and at the same time he is contemplating on giving a complaint to Producers Association and Directors Association for not getting the right share of credit.

At the home ground Ravi Srivatsa in his letter is insisting the Producers Council that a portion of amount when remake rights are sold should come to original writer.

The producer of 'Deadly Soma' Manjunath has entered in to an agreement with director Ravi Srivatsa. In case the film makes good profit the remake rights amount to the director was the condition. Apparently 'Deadly Soma' was not all that great in the box office.
