Producer Sampath Kumar who said he would sit on a dharna in front of the Karnataka Film Chamber of Commerce and protest in case 'Anna Hazare' title is not granted has succumbed to advice from the title committee headed by Soorappa Babu.

As there is a rule in the KFCC that the names of prominent personalities cannot be kept as the title producer Sampath Kumar agreed for a change in the title. His new film is titled as 'Qaidhi Student'. The students might objection with the prefix.

'Olave Mandhara' hero Srikanth is Sriki in this film and he is playing the disenchanted youth who fight against corruption. The younger generation especially should be aware of the consequences when they attempt for mistakes is what Sampath Kumar is narrating in this film.

Sampath Kumar producer of 'Thimma and Chenna' later became director from 'Prem Nagar' is directing the film he is producing.
