For the action portion of 'Malavalli' director Shashank Raj now waits for protagonist Sriki alias Srikanth to train up properly. Srikanth is going to gym and taking training to participate in the action scenes.

'Mavalli' a film with young and old blood in the cast - Sriki, Harshika Poonacha, Anand, Doddanna, Thulasi Shivamani, Venkatesh, Shobaraj, Avinash, Bullet Prakash, Raviteja, Harish Rai, Muni Ashok and a few others completed 23 days of talkie portions.

For Srikanth there is wide difference from his first film 'Olave Mandhara'. This is with anger, comedy, action etc says Srikanth. Harshika Poonacha is a part of the first rowdy based film and she is a model for the youths in the film. Raviteja of 'Lokave Helidha Mathidhu' is having the role of a spoilt brat. Ashok says he will be recognized definitely from this film role. Director Shashank Raj agreed that he has removed the Miltry Hotel that was suggested earlier. Producer Shoba Rajanna is happy man as the film is made systematically without having any loose ends.

Abhiman Roy has scored the music for 'Mavalli' while Naveen Suvarana is the cameraman.
