The last week of April – 29th is seeing the light of two Kannada films on silver screen. ‘Hori’ stars Vinod Prabhakar (son of Tiger Prabhakar of over 350 films), Gowri Manjal and Ramanithu Chaudhary. In the case of ‘Dhool’ it is a remake of Tamil of Dhanush and Shriya Saran ‘Thiruvilaiyaadal Aarambam’ that was released in 2006. The Kannada version ‘Dhool’ is appearing now starring Yogish and Aindrita Ray. Om Prakash Rao is also in a character role.

Sri Sevalal Productions MH Sunil produced ‘Dhool’ is a clash between lover boy and lovely girl brother Prakash Raj. V Harikrishna has scored the music and K Dathu is the cameraman. Dharani son of MS Rajasekhar is the director of this film.

‘Hori’ is from successful director Nagendra Magadi Pandu. He knows the trick of commercial ventures. Vinod Prabhakar has Ramanithu Chaudhary and Gowri Manjal are the heroines. Producer Linge Gowda of Mandya a realtor has waited for a long time for the release of the film because of injury to Vinod Prabhakar. Doddanna, Umesh, Pallakki Radhakrishna, Pavitra Lokesh, Nagasekhar, Bullet Prakash, Tennis Krishna, Karibasavaiah, Malathisri and others are in the cast. MR Seenu has stood behind the camera and Renukumar has scored the music.
